Settings

The handful of knobs that shape how the AI introduces itself and what it does when a caller wants a human. Find them under Settings.

Agency name

The name the AI says it's calling from. It opens with something like “Hi, it's Billy from Bondi Property” — this sets the agency part. Use the name your past clients will recognise.

The AI's name

The first name the AI gives itself — the “Billy” in “Hi, it's Billy from Bondi Property”. Pick something that fits your brand and your market. It's how the AI introduces itself on every call, so make it natural to say.

Voices vs the AI's name

The name here is what the AI calls itself. The voice — how it sounds, and its style — is chosen per stage when you set up a campaign. Two different knobs: one is the name, one is the delivery.

Forward / transfer number

Where the AI warm-transfers a call when the caller asks to speak to a person, or when something comes up that's out of scope. Enter it as a country code (e.g. +61) plus the number (e.g. 0409 707 666).

  • Leave it blank to disable transfers — the AI will offer a callback instead.
  • It's also the number used when you test a stage and ask for the market-update links to be texted to you, so you can see exactly what a contact receives.

Saving

Changes take effect on the next call once you hit Save settings. Calls already in progress aren't affected.

What's not in Settings

  • Who gets called = who's in a List a campaign works; the Contacts switch only marks opt-outs (Do not call).
  • What the AI says and the per-stage voices live in each campaign.
  • Compliance — AI + recording disclosure, DNCR, and calling hours — is on by default and not something you switch off. See the Compliance & privacy guide for what gets recorded and where to review it on each lead.
