Campaigns
Campaigns come in two kinds: Journeys work a list through Cold → Ready; Triggered programs fire automatically when a date or market signal matches. Here's how each works.
Triggered programs
Home anniversary and Equity check-in scan your whole warm database — no list to set up. Turn each On from Campaigns → Triggeredwhen you're ready. The daily sweep calls contacts who match the rule (tenure in the 5–9 year band for anniversary; a fresh comparable or equity signal for the check-in).
Alongside journeys
Journeys — what they are
A journey points the AI at a single list and runs the Annual Property Check-Up over it: a warm call that opens with a real nearby sale, gets the contact reflecting on their own place, and captures motivation and timing. Each contact moves one stage at a time — Cold → Curious → Reflecting → Considering → Ready — and the ones who reach Ready are handed to you in Leads.
Setting up a journey
- 1Name it for the slice it works — e.g. “Toowoomba — Annual Check-Up”.
- 2Choose the list it works. A list is required before a journey can start calling.
- 3Choose which stages to work. Each stage (Cold, Curious, Reflecting, Considering) has a switch — turn a stage off and contacts at that stage are left alone. Every call uses your agency's one voice, set in Settings. Ready hands off to you; the AI doesn't call at that stage.
- 4Save, then turn it Working.Saving just sets the journey up — nothing is called yet. When you're ready, open it and flip Working / Off to Working.
One Working journey per list
One journey or several?
Start with one. Reach for multiple journeys when the conversation should genuinely differ between groups — different stage mix, segment, or timing. If two groups would hear the same call, put them in one list under one journey.
When we can't reach someone
If a call goes to message bank, the AI doesn't leave a long robotic message or talk over the greeting. It leaves a short voicemail that just names your agency and your assistant — so the missed call shows up with a familiar name, not an unknown number — and then sends a follow-up text. The text is the real message: it says who's calling, what it was about, and invites them to reply or call back.
A contact can reply straight to that text and it comes back through the same conversation — so an unanswered call still turns into a two-way thread instead of a dead end.
What the text reads like
Stopping calls
- Flip a triggered program to Off to stop its sweep.
- Flip a journey to Off to stop its list calls.
- Turn a single stage off to stop just that part of a journey.
- Mark a contact Do not call to stop them everywhere.
