Terms of Service

The agreement between you and workmylist for using the product — what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and where the limits sit. Plain language, no surprises.

Effective: 25 June 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between workmylist — the trading name of Four Mile Pty Ltd as trustee for the Four Mile Trust (ABN 48 949 885 135), trading as workmylist (“workmylist”, “we”, “us”) — and the agency that signs up for an account (“you”). By creating an account, uploading a list, or letting workmylist make calls on your behalf, you agree to them. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

What workmylist does

workmylist works an agency’s contact list: it enriches contacts with local market data, runs branch-aware outbound calls through an AI voice layer, and hands back outcomes, recordings, and appraisal-ready leads. It is a tool you operate — you decide who is on your list and that you have a lawful basis to contact them.

Your responsibilities

Compliance is non-negotiable

Disclosure of AI + recording on every call, DNCR checks, timezone-aware calling hours, and permanent suppression of opt-outs are built in and cannot be disabled. Cold prospecting stays gated until a lawful contact source is in place.

Plans, billing & changes

Fees, included usage, and any trial terms are shown at sign-up. We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be notified and the new effective date posted here.

Liability

workmylist is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. This is a template pending final legal review; it is not legal advice.
