- Is AI cold calling allowed in Australia?
- WorkMyList calls your existing database — past clients and warm contacts — which is an existing-business-relationship exemption under the Do Not Call Register Act. Every call discloses it's an AI and that it's recorded, checks the register where required, and only dials within permitted hours in the contact's own timezone. It never cold-calls strangers.
- Does it work with my CRM?
- Yes — WorkMyList sits alongside the CRM you already use (Agentbox, Rex, VaultRE and others). Bring your list by CSV or your CRM, and appraisal-ready leads hand back with the full transcript. It's the prospecting layer that works your database, not a CRM replacement.

- No. On Starter, calls go out on our number — there's no phone setup. Premium lets you provision a dedicated number through us, or port / bring your own mobile number for a branded caller ID that lifts answer rates.
