Premium plan

The Premium plan is about your phone number: keep the one you already use, run a dedicated line for the AI, let it answer inbound calls, and send texts under your agency name. These are all possible — each just takes a little more setup than flipping a switch, for the reasons below.

What Premium adds

  • Bring your own number — clients keep calling the number they already know.
  • A virtual number — a dedicated line for the AI, without touching your existing one.
  • Inbound receptionist — the AI answers calls to your number, and you toggle that on and off.
  • Branded texts — follow-up SMS arrives from your agency name, not a plain number.

Why this is its own plan

Everything here touches the phone network — porting numbers, provisioning lines, and registering a sender name all go through carriers and, in Australia, the regulator. That means lead times and paperwork we can't skip, so it lives on Premium where we set it up with you rather than as a self-serve toggle.

Bring your own number

You can keep the number your past clients already have saved and route it through workmylist, so the AI picks up (or places calls) on the line they recognise. There are two ways to do it:

  • Port it across — move the number onto the platform properly. This is the cleanest end state, but porting is coordinated with your current telco and typically takes a few business days; the number has to be active and can't be mid-contract elsewhere.
  • Forward it — leave the number where it is and forward calls to the AI. Faster to start, and you can forward always, or only after hours / on no-answer / when busy so the AI is overflow. Forwarding covers calls only — texts to that number won't route through, which is why branded SMS (below) uses a sender name instead.

A virtual number

Prefer to leave your main line untouched? We can provision a dedicated virtual number for the AI to call and text from. It's the quickest path — nothing to port — but it's a new number, so it won't carry the recognition your existing one already has.

Inbound receptionist

On Premium the AI can also answer calls, not just make them — acting as a receptionist on your number. You stay in control with a simple on / offtoggle: turn it on to send callers to the AI, turn it off to take calls yourself. Pair it with conditional forwarding and the AI only steps in when you don't (after hours, no answer, or busy).

Branded texts

Follow-up texts can arrive from your agency nameinstead of a phone number — a branded sender ID. In Australia this has to be pre-registered against your business (name, ABN, or trademark) and approved through the carrier and the ACMA sender-ID register before it can be used, and the registered name has to be used exactly. It's worth it for recognition, but it's a registration step, not an instant setting.
