Who we are

workmylist is an outbound seller-prospecting platform for Australian real-estate agencies, operated from Australia by Four Mile Pty Ltd as trustee for the Four Mile Trust (ABN 48 949 885 135), trading as workmylist. It’s a second product of the same operator behind Office Voice. workmylist enriches an agency’s contacts with local market data and drives an AI voice layer to make outbound check-up and prospecting calls, writing outcomes back to the agency’s CRM.

For privacy requests, questions, or complaints, email privacy@workmylist.com. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete them within 30 days unless the request is unusually broad.

Two parties, two roles

workmylist processes two kinds of personal information, with different legal roles:

• Your account data (you, the agent or agency that signed up) — workmylist is the data controller. This policy governs that information directly.
• Your contacts’ data (the past clients and prospects you load, and the people we call on your behalf) — the agency is the data controller and workmylist is its processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them; we provide the compliance tooling (consent status, suppression, DNCR-aware calling).

What we collect

• Contact records you upload or sync: name, phone, email, address, and engagement state.
• Property and market data from Domain, attached to a contact’s address to make calls relevant.
• Call recordings, transcripts, captured fields (motivation, timing), and outcomes.
• Account and usage data needed to run and bill the service.

Calls, recording & disclosure

Every call opens by disclosing that it’s an AI and that the call may be recorded, per the applicable state law. Contacts who ask to be removed are suppressed immediately and permanently across every list. Calls respect the Do Not Call Register and permitted calling hours in the contact’s timezone.

Where data lives & how long

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure. Call audio is held in a private, encrypted store and retained for 12 months, then purged; transcripts, captured fields and outcomes are kept for as long as the agency’s account is active. After that we delete or de-identify on a defined schedule unless the law requires us to keep it longer (e.g. the compliance audit trail).

Deletion (APP 13)

When a contact or agency requests deletion, we remove the relevant records — including from any labelled training/eval data and call recordings, not just the live store. Email privacy@workmylist.com.
